You've accidentally added some breakpoints to Eclipse. Try removing them.

 

How to remove (disable) ALL breakpoints from Eclipse:

Look for Run.
Click on:
> Remove all Breakpoints
--- You can also press Skip all Breakpoints ---

 

How to remove SOME breakpoints from Eclipse:

Look for Window.
Hover over Show View.
Click on Other...
Open the Folder named "Debug"
Click on Breakpoints.
Uncheck the breakpoints OR right-click and delete them.

That's not what he did. I'm having the same problem, though, so I don't know how to fix it.
