Help needed with Forge/TMI

Sorry if this is a little newbish installation-wise, i'm not really a pro at this stuff.

 

Alright, so I installed MCforge with mcpatcher, test it, and everything is fine. However, when I install Too Many Items using MCpatcher, it give me this:

Don't use MCPatcher.
