There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML

Hi! I have a problem when I try to start minecraft, I have forge installed but when I close minecraft all my mods and texture packs dissappear and I need to re-install everything.

And now I get an error saying "There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML"
