I need some help developing a mod i have that requires a GUI and a whole crafting system behind that, kind of like Thermal Expansion's Induction Furnace by combining two things you get the output so that's what i aim to create thanks

I have had a through look through that wiki and I found the tut. It was for an older version of forge now I know That some of the code still applies in 1.7 but it is not working.

Define "it is not working"

This thread makes me sad because people just post copy-paste-ready code when it's obvious that the OP has little to no programming experience. This is not how learning works.

"It's not working" = some of the code from the tutorial does not apply to the current Minecraft forge version and I need help updating it.

You mean this tutorial, right? http://www.minecraftforge.net/wiki/Basic_GUI

The only thing different from the tutorial and the current Forge is that there's an @NetworkMod annotation in the tut, which doesn't exist anymore, therefore you can just ignore it.
