[1.7.2]Forge server wont stop

When starting up a forge server, and then using the stop command to shut it down it just doesn't close. The message it ends with is [16:44:52] [server thread/INFO] [FML]: Holder lookups applied

Yes, i have the same problem.

 

But if i run server with .bat-file, i have this:

Forge 10.12.2.1121 & 10.12.2.1133. Clean installations, without any mods.
