[1.7.2]Custom Worldgen

Hi all


I am working on a mod and was wondering if anyone could help me setup custom world generation in another dimension. I would like to spawn my own version of villages in a custom dimension.


Any and all help appreciated,


Currently working on AncientCraft, a mod focusing  on archaeology.

Don't you have to write your own child class of WorldGenerator and simply insert the following line into your

preinit(FMLPreInitializationEvent evt)



GameRegistry.registerWorldGenerator(WorldGenerator gen, int dimID)




I use this way with my ore generation and it works like a charm

Since English is not my mother tongue, my sentences may are confusing.


I'm coding java for a long time now - just MC and forge stop me sometimes.
