Error Code when using gradlew.bat setupdDevWorkspace --refreshdependencies

When ever I try to use this command I get:

 

"ERROR: JAVA_HOME is not set and no "java" command could be found in your PATH. Please set the JAVA_HOME variable in your environment to match the location of your Java Installation."

 

Now I my be just a new guy and not know about how to fix this or it may just be a simple thing I missed to do but will someone clarify what I need to do to fix this
