[1.7.x]Custom Furnace-ish: Item creation- then dissapears

I'm working on a mod, that has a custom machine. The TileEntity of it should make 8 of the output item but it somehow changes. Most of the time, I can on world load get one cycle through the machine (an item get used up, and 8 items are put into the "output" slot) but after that cycle, the output is one item that disappears if you try to stack it.
