Hello all!

I'm having a bit trouble using the latest forge. I use Eclipse, of course.

I want to look at minecraft's native source files. I have found something similar to what I need in Referenced Libraries > forgeBin, but they are all class files an I cannot view them. Am I looking in the wrong spot? Or what do I need to do to view them?

“Since when did you start modding?”

“Last night"

"forge/build/tmp/recompSrc/net/minecraft". These are not plain vanilla source files, to my knowledge, though.

Anyway, enjoy :)

There is what Elyon has said, yes. But for that to work you would have had to have run the setupDecompWorkspace and eclipse gradle commands when setting up your dev environment.

Just a build-on from Elyon has said :)

We all stuff up sometimes... But I seem to be at the bottom of that pot.

Not every time. From 3 builds, only by two builds the source files were linked automatically. By one build there were not linked. (Well, but after rebuilding this build, they were build there, too)
