Bow Animation

I'm trying to make a bow. I copy-pasted the stock bow class and edited it but I can't get the 3rd person animation to work. If looks fine in 1st person but doesn't change fov, but in 3rd person it looks like this:

Does anyone know how I can get FOV to work and how I can get 3rd person animation
