[sOLVED]Error while installing forge src 1.7.10

I'm starting modding but i can't get this thing to go right... Tried reinstalling jdk a couple times and it seems not to work, my "Path" and "Java_home" are already set and working just fine. Using windows 8 may be the problem?

I can't get it to download the assets directory, anyone may know how do I solve it?
