Updating IDs for new Forestry in 1.7.10

I'm currently running quite a few mods in Minecraft 1.7.10 and I am updating the mods once in a while, I was running Forestry 2.4.2.44 untill I saw that there were quite a few updates, Forestry is now Forestry 3.0.0.86 and When I was updating I found out that all the Ids have changed. Forestry does not as far as I could find any way to change them manually using a config with IDs, If I now start my map all blocks will be lost (Forges makes a backup of course) Is there a good way to update Forestry without this happening.

Help will be very mush appreciated ^^

Failed loading villager cartographer registered at cartographer - frozen tick

Allocated 10 Gb of ram. Could try again with more but I read using too much can slow things down as well. Going to try another big modpack and see if i can replicate the problem. It seems like this cartographer problem is kind of popular and doesn't have a solid solution yet, but i suspect its some generation mod since it's a crash that happens when specific chunks are being loaded. so i'll still try to lookout for what mod it could be as i add. i'll report back after testing as you suggested for a bit

I have no idea - is enough RAM allocated?
Do other pre-configured modpacks work? Maybe use such a modpack as working base and add new mods one by one

The settings.gradle file has been fixed. But, the build.gradle has an error now.
