I tried to make a forge server but I was confused on where to put the mods. Do I make a new folder and rename it "mods" or do I put them elsewhere?

    I got the installer and installed it to an empty folder. It made a server file so I ran that and it didn't make a "mods" folder. Did I install it wrong?
