Difference between Mac and Windows after gradlew

The source bundle is "gradlew decompWorkspace eclipse" on Mac and Windows.

 

On Mac, I can point to the workspace and the project shows up in Eclipse. On Windows, I need to explicitly import the project.

 

Is this a known discrepancy ?

    I've seen different behavior on different Windows machines. Any thoughts on what might be causing that discrepancy ?
