So I started in on coding, and wanted to see what I had, and test if the code would work. And I crashed. After over an hour of troubleshooting I said "forget it" and started from ground zero. Running a non-edited version of forges source this comes up when I try to launch.

(Forge version, forge-1.7.2-10.12.2.1121-src:)

I did notice that when i ran gradlew's commands there where a mass amount of things that didn't install, even on first installation. One of them being minecraft's client. And after another hour of troubleshooting I still couldn't get a successful installation. So whats going wrong?

Also, to note, I did add --accessToken whatever to my client arguments.

Use the 1.7.10 version of Forge. 1.7.2 is outdated.

This thread makes me sad because people just post copy-paste-ready code when it's obvious that the OP has little to no programming experience. This is not how learning works.
