1.6.4 forge modpack not launching?

I recently created a new 1.6.4 modpack file in my .minecraft folder since the original mods in my mods folder are 1.7.10 and I dont want any conflicts but after creating the modpack for my 1.6.4 forge and then launching the game, it closes like normal but the mojang logo doesn't pop up?

1.6.4 is ancient and no longer supported. If you want help, update to 1.7.10 at least.

 

Uhmmmmm just saying it is still supported if you knew how miencraft works with java you would be able to help him its easy just watch this <redacted>
