Bukkit (Spigot) - Forge comunication

Hi! I'm trying to use pluginmessages to send messages between a forge mod and a bukkit plugin.

Forge version: 1.8-Recommended 11.14.0.1299

Well the only thing I could think of is to create files to communicate. On both the bukkit and forge sides of it you could set it to check often for a text file in a certain directory.

The mod is installed on the client and the plugin on the server (different machines).  I have to send and read messages with sockets, possibly with pluginmessages
