I have recently been trying to use forge with Java 8 and have been getting forge errors. Why is this? I don't want to downgrade to Java 7 because I need lambda expressions to efficiently write the event code for my redstone enhancement mod.

    Errors? I don't see any errors? Without the logs, the don't know the issue and can't help you.

    1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! Update to the latest version for support.
