March 28, 201510 yr Umm just a though but if you don't know how to update forge u probably wont have much joy modding 1.8 as they have changed the entire render system, in someways its better as u no longer need tile entities but for basic blocks its worse. but on the note of updating just download this http://files.minecraftforge.net/#Downloads then install it using gradle if u cant figure it out look up a tutorial on installing forge
