The forge isn't detecting the forge (?)

I were installing mods, but when I started Minecraft, he said that I were needing the X version of CoFHCore. I installed it, and now it's saying "the forge isn't detecting the forge", or someone like this.

The mods/Minecraft version are 1.7.10, and the Forge version is 10.13.2.1236 because if I use another, the game crashes.
