[SOLVED][1.8] Can't figure out how to make a block drop a specified item

Minecraft Forge version: 11.14.1.1397

 

I have tried alot of ways to make a block drop an item. I have tried to override the getDrops method and getItemDropped method but none of them works. Please help. Thanks in advance.  ;D

 

EDIT: Seems like the dropping works with pickaxe though... How can I get it to work with bare hands?

 

EDIT: I figured it out! I just needed to change the material from rock to something like wood.
