getting "fatal error starting up minecraft and FML" forge version 601

Edit: I have gotten it to work by manualy down loading and unzipping the forge file lib into my .minecraft/lib folder. This is the link to the minecraft forge lib .zip file:

http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/fml_libs.zip

Make sure to unzip them and not to just put the fml_libs.zip in there as is or it wont work.

I am trying to get the forge versions for mc 1.4.2 to work. i have no other mods installed right now. I get the "fatal error starting up minecraft and FML" message when i boot up minecraft. Here is the log.
