Installer downloads fine but when I open the mod file installer it all goes bad

Installer downloads fine but when I open the mod file installer I click "ok" the green progress bar comes up and when it is nearly done an error message comes up saying:

 

The libraries failed to download. try again.

 

Org.scala-Lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1

 

Out of memory: try restarting installer with JVM argument: -Xmx1G

 

I have tried repeating this process so many times changing which version I download every time. What can I do?

This thread makes me sad because people just post copy-paste-ready code when it's obvious that the OP has little to no programming experience. This is not how learning works.

      I tried do download the essential mod to my mod pack but i didnt work. I paly on 1.21 and it should work. I use neoforge for my modding. The weird things is my friend somehow added the mod to his modpack and many others that I somehow can´t. Is there anything i can do?

      Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
