Perlin Noise

Hello guys, I don't know to much about worldgen, but I believe that MC works using perlin noise. Knowing that, how can I get the value that MC used to create the world. I mean a value from 0-1 that was translated into biomes, for instance. Thanks in advance!

Well, in MC when you are creating a new game you can choose to re-create a saved world, which I assume loads the seed from the save file and uses it, so you might want to trace that code to see where in the world save data the seed is stored. Similarly, you can create new worlds using a seed value and there are many seeds posted on the internet to allow people to copy interesting worlds, so you can trace the code that takes that seed as it might also give you an idea.
