Posted May 27, 201510 yr First of all, sorry for asking this, I bet there's a million other people asking the same thing, just couldn't find a thread with an answer that suits me. So yes, basically I've been reading around and could only find half done or messy tutorials on how this is actually done. I just need someone to briefly explain me with which software are models created and how are they implemented into a mod or redirect me to a good tutorial. Thanks in advance
May 27, 201510 yr In 1.8, you can create block models directly via JSON. This post by TGG covers it pretty well. http://i.imgur.com/NdrFdld.png[/img]

Thanks for the reply, but sadly I saw that post already and I really don't want to make models by code, that's just horrible.. EDIT: I've read that blender is possible to export models as JSON files, do you know anything about how that is done?
May 27, 201510 yr There is a program called Cubik that exports Minecraft JSON and has a fairly good graphical modeling editor. See this link: http://bdcraft.net/cubik Check out my tutorials here: http://jabelarminecraft.blogspot.com/
