invalid/corrupt jarfile 1382 -1385

Im slightly scared posting this but it appears to me that there is a sleight issue with the download for forge 1382 - 1385 inclusive for MC 1.7.10.

 

Ive downloaded the installer-win for each version mentioned and they all say invalid or corrupt jarfile.

 

1381 and 1387 both install ok. I only noticed because I added a mod that called for 1384.

EDIT I saw a thread below about version 1384. As per Lexmanos instructions I cleared my internet cache, re downloaded v 1384 installer-win and run from the command line, I still get invalid or corrupt jarfile.
