Posted June 7, 201510 yr How exactly would I achieve this? Using the setBlockBounds method doesn't work horizontally. MobDrops http://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/125-mobdrops/
June 7, 201510 yr Author You cannot make a bounding box bigger than 1x1x1. You can do it vertically. My question was if there was a way to do it horizontally like it is for the bed. MobDrops http://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/125-mobdrops/
June 7, 201510 yr Author No, you cannot do it vertically... The bed is two blocks. If you need more than 1x1x1 you need more than one block. How would I make it so when I place the block down it places another? MobDrops http://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/125-mobdrops/
June 8, 201510 yr No, you cannot do it vertically... Sure you can. I've just been doing it with a tanning rack block in 1.8. But not horizontally. As you said, the chests and beds are actually multiple blocks. Check out my tutorials here: http://jabelarminecraft.blogspot.com/
June 8, 201510 yr Maybe you can for like 1.3 meter tall blocks, but if you try for a block with a height of 2 full blocks, it starts to glitch out and makes the rubberbanding effect. Fair enough, I usually am just extending them a bit (between 1 and 2). Check out my tutorials here: http://jabelarminecraft.blogspot.com/
