Eternaldoom Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Hi, I recently updated my Forge workspace from build 1291 to build 1448. Before, all of my textures worked perfectly, but now many of my modded textures, as well as a lot of vanilla textures look completely broken. They seem to have the wrong texture coordinates. Note that all block textures seem fine, and all broken textures are items that are using parts of block textures. Does anyone know if this is somehow my fault, and if so, what do I do about it? Also, many of my block textures are 32x, in case this helps. I'd post code, but I'm not sure what you'd need since all of the blocks/items are registered normally. Thanks! tiffit Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Make sure you are reverting back when using OpenGL. I don't know what the correct terms are. It might just be the forge version. Quote
Eternaldoom Posted June 18, 2015 Author Posted June 18, 2015 I'm not using custom rendering. Quote Check out my mod, Realms of Chaos, here. If I helped you, be sure to press the "Thank You" button!
tiffit Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Most likely your forge version then. Update to the latest 1.7 version (or update to 1. Quote
Eternaldoom Posted June 18, 2015 Author Posted June 18, 2015 I've also tried the latest version, it had the same problem. I don't want to update to 1.8 quite yet. Just wasn't sure if I'd caused this. tiffit Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Screenshot? If you really think it is you, try disabling your mod and then trying to see if the problem persists (comment the @Mod) Quote
Eternaldoom Posted June 21, 2015 Author Posted June 21, 2015 Well apparently this is caused by a Mac video driver glitch. Does anyone know if there's a fix? Quote Check out my mod, Realms of Chaos, here. If I helped you, be sure to press the "Thank You" button!
Eternaldoom Posted June 21, 2015 Author Posted June 21, 2015 Worked perfectly, thanks! Out of curiosity, do you know what in the loading screen causes this? Quote Check out my mod, Realms of Chaos, here. If I helped you, be sure to press the "Thank You" button!
CoolGhost Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 where is the loading screen in config/splash.properties? Quote
