Problem with File name?

I have installed a couple of mods and something strange has happened. The mods installed require "Forge 10.13.3.1448" which, to my knowledge, does not exist! It was changed to 10.13.4! So how do I fix this? It needs 10.13.3.1448 but all I have is 10.13.4.1448

Please Help
