When dropped, spawns primed tnt

Hi I have been trying to get this to work for several days now, can't do it.. so I came here for some assistance.

 

How would I code so that when I drop an item (Q) it automatically spawns a primed TNT or simply explodes when it gets discarded onto the ground?

 

I just cannot for the life of me find anything about dropped items, or anything similar.

 

Please help!

    Haven't used this in awhile, but there is a method to create a custom ItemEntity when and item is dropped instead of the standard. 

     

    Look around for that and it will be your route.

    So I am trying that but it isn't working, anyone have an actual tutorial on ItemTossEvent?

    or how to load a primed tnt in a specific location when a block is right clicked? or anything along those lines?
