Hi There,

 

i have been looking all over the place to try and find server admin tools that are forge compatible.

Previously with bukkit us admins had loads of options.

 

Now i love forge but we need tools to control explosions (TNT, reactors etc), the ability to disable creeper world dmg. Fine grained permission systems, to controll access to certain commands.

 

Is anybody aware of any admin tools like this for forge or would it be possible to create mods like this or build it into forge ?

    Not in forge, but as a mod.

    cpw and Lex are currently implementing hooks into forge to make it more bukkit-like, as unfortunately the bukkit team have refused to cooperate with us.

    So ya, it's possible.

    This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
