so I just got the lastest version of 1.7.10 but it just stays like this no matter what I do

can someone please help.

 

What I have done is reinstalled minecraft, reinstalled forge over 5 times, and took out all my mods so none are in the mods folder.

 

Another problem is when I used a later version of forge it would say i needed version 10.13.3.1448 ,10 .14 but I could't find it.
