Download errors with Forge?

So I have come across a download issue? I don't entirely understand the issue. What it said it couldn't download I manually downloaded and put where it said to, to no avail.

Oh let me add this happens when I try to run Eclipse to create mods. When I try to run the client and test my code, this is the issue.

Download this, unzip into your minecraft folder and rename fml_libs to lib.

Not there! It lies about ModLoader in the install instructions and it looks like there that 6.2.1 works with 1.4.2, which is NOT the case! Use http://files.minecraftforge.net instead!

 

PS: 6.0.1.355 is the latest build which works with 1.4.2, BTW.
