Older forge under new Vanilla Launcher [mc 1.4.7 - forge 534]

Hi, I am trying run old forge MC version 1.4.7 under new vanilla launcher using this tutorial:

but looks like codechicken NEI does not works. I see it in the mod list in the main menu, see no errors in the console, but ingame not show anything.

 

When use for example MultiMC or old vanilla launcher, everything works.

 

Any suggestions?
