[1.7.10] Editing Minecraft Main Menu?

Hello Guys, I am developing a Minecraft mod for my server, and I wanted to know if it is possible to change the Main screen. Is it possible for me to use a JPanel for the startscreen, because I have an Eclipse Modification called "WindowBuilder" with that I can easily edit and create windows with JPanels, JLabels etc.

I'm pretty sure you can't. Minecraft uses LWJGL, not Swing, which means it's not built off of JFrames and JPanels. There was another question a few days ago asking the same thing, here it is[/url.

Thanks for your help,  actually I just copied the Minecraft Main Menu, catched the GUIOpenEvent and set a new Mainmenu. The point is, that I don't know how to use custom graphics for my buttons etc.

3. As to buttons - extend GuiButton and Override drawing method. Use:

this.mc.getTextureManager().bindTexture(resourceOfTexture);
this.drawTexturedModalRect(params...);

To draw texture onto button.

Swing is POSSIBLE, because I'm in the middle of making it work, is it worth it? No.
