[Solved] Forge Will Not Load My Mod

I have been fiddling with the build.gradle, mcmod.info, and MANIFEST.MF files in my mod jar for a little while and it seems that nothing that I can type solves the problem. My mod is working perfectly in the eclipse debugger, however FML only loads the coremod and fails to load the normal FML mod when it is installed in the mods folder.

I feel like I am just missing something that would be really easy to fix, but I can't find it.

 

EDIT: Also, Forge loads my mod just fine when I remove the FMLCorePlugin and FMLCorePluginContainsMod lines from my MANIFEST.MF.
