Invidiarc Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 So recently, I decided to make a modded forge minecraft server for my friends and I. I downloaded all the necessary files and my server was up thanks to Hamachi. When I added the mods it showed up saying it was working on the server bar and when I tried to join the server, it said that there were rejected mods. Any suggestions? Quote
Invidiarc Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 I'm not sure how to do that. Is there a way I can show you pictures of my problem? Quote
Invidiarc Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 The thing is that my game does not crash when I try to join my server like others in the forums. It just does not let me join it and says, "Connection Lost Mod rejections [FMLMod:Mantle{1.7.10-0.3.2..jenkins184}, FMLMod:TConstruct{1.7.10 1.8.7.build979}] Quote
61352151511 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Well do you have those mods installed on your client (Mantle and Tinkers Construct) and if you do, do you have the proper version? Quote
Invidiarc Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 Yes, the two mods are in my mods folder in forge and are in their proper version (1.7.10). Quote

They should be in your .minecraft/mods directory Quote
Invidiarc Posted October 13, 2015 Author Posted October 13, 2015 Yes you are right; they are in my mods folder in my minecraft folder. So then where should I put the mods zip or jar and how do I have them installed? I thought that putting them in the mods folder adds the mods to the game. Quote
