Fatal FML error

Ya, When FML is setting up my minecraft environment it makes a loading bar but it is unable to download. It pops up this : There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML

Heres my bug report:

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
