I'm not completely sure what is going on here. I got a slightly different error before, so I disabled the splash.properties load file by turning true to false. I can't quite understand what is wrong, so I would really like some help here!

Thank you very much. I opened the file and it was just a bunch of random symbols, like someone just pounded on the keyboard for a few minutes. I did delete it that, and right when I pressed the delete key, my laptops screen got very glitchy. Pixels got scrambled and red lines appeared at the bottom and top of the screen. I just shut it off and turned it back on, and it was completely gone. My laptop is okay now, I just don't know what the heck happened.

 

Oh, and the reason I disabled it was because one of the lines at the bottom said "OpenGL: ~~ERROR~~ RuntimeException: No OpenGL context found in the current thread." I looked at a thread before I posted and it said that disabling said file fixed the error.
