The IExtendedEntityProperties interface is there.

 

Entities are only missing all functionality related to them, such as Entity.getExtendedProperties and Entity.registerExtendedProperties

    was deprecated (though never actually marked as such in the code) in 1.8.9 when Capabilities were added.
