I there any fix for this issue? any kind of process I am missing?

That isn't a picture of my block but that is what happens to mine when its placed on or next to other blocks.

Thats not your model.

 

In your block class override the isTransparent() methods and such; just look at blocks like brewing stands to see how they do it.
