Gradlew setupDecompworkspace error

Hello, so im currently trying to create a new mod and setup my workspace right now, but for some reason whenever i run gradlew setupDecompworkspace it fails and gives me this error http://pastebin.com/LKNVcC1H

Looks like you have DNS problems amlost. Make sure cmd runs as administrator.

 

EDIT: it doesn't look like a DNS problem. i'm just tired. Still make sure cmd runs as admin-

yeah my cmd is on admin, and i have never had an error doing this before till recently
