[1.9] Teleporter not working.

I made a dimension and updated it to 1.9 in trying to create a different type of portal so with that comes the Teleporter, but when I try to travel to the dimension it doesn't spawn the portal and It spawns you in the ground. This is my teleporter class:

You do realize this is a forum where people voluntarily help at their leisure and not an instant help line, right?

 

If you don't want the player to spawn in the ground, move them out of it, e.g. while (in ground) posY++.
