FTB Forge mod help

[Zondervan]

So i need a mod that works with Feedthebeast which runs forge that prevents people from stealing / breaking in such as lockette or similar if possible and a mod to /sethome or similar would be really preferred i know there is some out there i have asked other server owners but they don't want to bother telling me.

Well i have seen people with protection and tpa command and /sethome so i am asking which mods they are because i know there are some out there there just not well known i am not sure which they are either tho.
