Also I have updated my libs folder and am running latest forge.

 

Latest forge "455" and custom mods. all configs should be working together after item/block id re-allocation.

 

Seems to happen when I go creative mode, and look in the miscellaneous section of items

    It looks like forestry is expecting a different version of build craft, are you using versions compatible with each other(may be a question for the buildcraft forum)
