Changing World-Generation Sequence?

Are we talking about world gens made by mod (so literally custom worlds) or sequence done by forge events (so generally world gen events and decorator events)?

If it's 1st and someone hooks his generation to your world gen - then you can't really do much about it (well, unless cancel it altogether).

If it's second - you can prioritize events in forge. In @SubscribeEvent you can put priority = Priority.HIGHEST for example (look up event annotation).

Other than that - can't really do much about it, it all is very dependent to implementors (other modders). You could make an API, but then again someone has to use it.

1.7.10 is no longer supported by forge, you are on your own.

Sorry for this, but to edit SubscribeEvents I assume this is within the Forge Jar and not a config, right?
