1.10.2 Server crash

This crash has been happening once or twice a day since the upgrade to Forge 2046.  It does not point to any specific mod (that I can see).  I need some expert help trying figure this one out.

For me the culprit was Machine Power Craft 1.10.2-1.1.9. It could be something different for you though.

For those who have that mod installed be sure to let the mod author know to update their mod.
