Failed to install

Hey Guy's, below you will see a picture of the error I received when trying to install forge, I have tried multiple versions of forge and all have failed and showed this error, is this an issue with forge or an issue on my end, could someone possibly assist me, thank you.

Which part are you having trouble with?

There is no option for me to open the jar file in command line, thanks for you help with this

The instructions do not mention such an option. The instructions describe just that: How to run the jar from the command line.

 

It says that I must hold shift and right click then select "open command window here" but that is not showing for me, there is no such button/option there

Take care to either select the folder containing the installer when right-clicking or right-click on white empty space inside that folder. Do not right-click while you have a file selected or the option will not show.

 

It now says that it is unable to access the jar file, I appreciate the help, I know this can be frustrating for you as well as me

Show a screenshot of the folder with the installer in it and a screenshot of the command line after you ran the command.

I have one more issue, I have not got a bin folder and it says in the cmd promt that some files didnt downlaod

What "bin" folder? What does it say exactly?

 

There's meant to be a bin folder to upload the mods to, and when I try booting up the game it says it downloads files but the game doesnt boot and if i click it again just does the same thing
