Getting Optifine 1.10.2 to run with Forge

So I installed forge-1.10.2-12.18.1.2011-installer-win and I installed OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_C3 and OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_C2. I know, that that only creates profiles for Optifine and Forge separately so I tried the method in which I put the Optifine jar file into the mods folder of Appdata/.minecraft/mods but when I start Minecraft and go to the Mods it doesn't seem to recognize Optifine as a mod, I tried it with Pixelmon and that works fine. Also starting Minecraft with the Optifine profile works completely fine. But I can't seem to be able to run Optifine and Forge at the same time.

I also tried a few fixes I read about online but seemed pretty pointless and after trying them none worked. So I thought I'd ask here.

Anybody got an idea?
