So i haven't done this before, but i'm versed enough with computers that it was easy enough.

 

so i set up the server like you normally would, used the forge installer and everythign went alright, tested the forge server before installing the mods. installed the mods, set a new world in the server properties, and now the forge won't start. i get a loading thing for a few seconds, and nothing
